Use of an unfermented non germinated rice bran extract, where the extract is obtained by a process comprising: (a) separating grain from the husk； (b) hot extraction using ethanol； (c) separating rice bran from filtrate by filtration to obtain a dry residue, then vacuum evaporation of the filtrate； (d) defatting of the residue of the step (c) using an organic solvent； (e) filtrating and drying under vacuum to obtain a defatted dry residue； and (f) solubilizing the residue of the step (e) in an aqueous solvent, is claimed.
