PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device for nerve regeneration in which the suturing operation is not required when being connected to the nerve, and the joining with the nerve can be established easily and promptly without requiring an advanced proficiency.SOLUTION: The medical device 105 for nerve regeneration includes: a hollow tube 110 and a connection 120 that connects a nerve 30 to each of both ends of the tube. The connection includes: a contact member 130 freely contacting to the circumference of the nerve a pressing member 140 giving a pressing power pressing the contact member toward the diameter direction inside of the nerve to the contact member a first engaging part 231 (ring groove 222) installed in the contact member a second engaging part 232 (circumference ring section 224 of stopper ring 223) installed in the pressing member and freely engaging with the first engaging part installed in the connect member and a third engaging part 233 installed in the contact member or the pressing member and freely engaging with the tube.
