PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide supply devices (2, 102 and 202) capable of surely performing the irrigation for a cultivation medium (C) under conditions optimal for the growth and/or preservation of the plants. SOLUTION: The devices (2, 102 and 202) for supplying a liquid (L) for irrigation for cultivating the plants are equipped with a slender member (9) for lifting the liquid (L) for irrigation from a first storage region (Al) for the liquid (L) for irrigation toward a hollow body (14) having a second storage region (A2) for the liquid (L) formed in the interior thereof. The hollow body (14) is equipped with at least one liquid-permeable part (36) embedded in the plant cultivation medium (C) during use and capable of supplying the liquid (L) for irrigation by diffusing the liquid (L) for irrigation toward the cultivation medium (C).
