contamination-free syringe which including a barrel, a plunger and a sleeve body. One side of the plunger is equipped with an elastic plug and inserted into the barrel, and the other side of the plunger is equipped with a side plate. The sleeve body is made of deformable material and disposed between one side of the barrel and the side plate, and the sleeve body wraps and covers the portion of the plunger being exposed outside of the barrel. Accordingly, when the syringe is operated by one single hand, through wrapping and covering the portion of the plunger being exposed outside of the barrel by the sleeve body, the plunger is separated from the hand, the hand is not in contact with and contaminating the outer surface of the plunger so as to prevent the outer surface of the plunger from being contacted to contaminated the inner side wall of the barrel, thereby avoiding the situation of causing a first contamination of the barrel and having the effects of easy to operate, cleanness and sanitation. The beneficial effects of the present invention includes: single hand operation, repeated use, reducing the use of gloves, good environmental protection, cost of use reduction, and preventing patient from infection, especially those patients with cancer and people with low immunity. It is possible to avoid prolong hospitalization due to infection so as to lower medical insurance cost.一種無汙染空針，包含一針筒、一針心、一套體，該針心一側具有一彈性塞並伸入該針筒中，該針心另一側具有一側板，套體選自可變形材料並設於該針筒一側與該側板之間，且該套體包套該針心露出於該針筒外之部份。據此，單手操作該空針時，藉由該套體包套該針心露出於該針筒外之部份，將針心與手部隔離開來，手部不會接觸汙染到針心之外表面，可以避免針心之外表面接觸汙染到針筒內側壁，進而避免針筒內產生一次性汙染之情形，具便於操作、潔淨、衛生等功效。本發明有利的效益為：可單手操作、可重覆使用、可減少使用手套的機會，具良好環保性及降低使用成本，以及預防病人感染，尤其是抗癌病人、免疫力低下之人，可以避免因感染而延長住院，進而減少健保支出。
