PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an Agrimonia pilosa extract by solving problems: it has been difficult to produce beverages by using an extract prepared under a boiling condition using 50% ethanol, as the extract generates precipitation, has low flowability and very little solubility in water, while when extracted at≤20°C low temperatures, flowability is improved and amount of precipitation is reduced, but the extract yield is very small compared with that of an extract at the boiling condition for 30 minutes, giving problems from the view point of productivity, and so forth: with maintaining biological activities and suppressing the amount of precipitation to be minimum, obtain the Agrimonia pilosa extract produced by using the method and provide beverages blended with the extract. SOLUTION: The method for producing the Agrimonia pilosa extract includes a process for soaking the Agrimonia pilosa in 25-35% ethanol and subsequently distilling off the ethanol.
