The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing glutinous rice cake and, more particularly, to an apparatus for removing the glutinous rice cake with ease and convenience from a mold. The glutinous rice cake is produced by rapid freezing and by using the mold while a plurality of pieces of the glutinous rice cake is divided. The apparatus for removing the glutinous rice cake from lattice frames according to the present invention includes a belt conveyor； a removal electric motor that provides a rotary driving force for a transport operation of the belt conveyor； a support base that is disposed on an upper side of the belt conveyor and supports edges of the lattice frames so that the glutinous rice cake attached between the lattice frames can be dropped onto the belt conveyor； a removal plate that is disposed on an upper side of the support base to be lifted and lowered by a removal actuator, is formed to correspond to the shape to the lattice frame, and presses and takes out the glutinous rice cake attached between the lattice frames to make the glutinous rice cake fall onto the belt conveyor when the removal actuator is operated to be lowered； and a switch that controls the operation of the removal actuator.본 발명은 찰떡 제조장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 성형몰드를 이용하여 다수 개로 분할한 상태로 급속동결하여 만드는 찰떡을 성형몰드에서 간편하고 용이하게 빼내는 탈거장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다.이를 위해 본 발명에서는 격자틀에서 찰떡을 탈거하는 장치에 있어서, 벨트 컨베이어와, 상기 벨트 컨베이어의 이송 작동을 위한 회전 구동력을 부여하는 탈거전동기와, 상기 벨트 컨베이어의 상측에 설치되어 상기 격자틀 사이사이에 붙은 찰떡이 상기 벨트 컨베이어 위로 낙하 가능하도록 격자틀의 가장자리를 받쳐주는 지지대와, 상기 지지대의 상측에 탈거 액추에이터에 의해 승강 가능하도록 설치되고, 상기 격자틀과 대응하는 형상으로 형성되어 상기 탈거 액추에이터의 하강 작동 시 상기 격자틀 사이사이에 붙은 찰떡을 눌러서 빼내어 상기 벨트 컨베이어 위로 낙하시키는 탈거판 및 상기 탈거 액추에이터의 작동을 제어하는 스위치를 포함하는 찰떡 제조용 탈거장치를 개시한다.
