PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen fired food product easily splittable even in a frozen state, and a method for producing the frozen fired food product.SOLUTION: There is provided a frozen fired food product 10 obtained by freezing the fired body of a material including a dough having fluidity, in which at least either sheet face of a sheet-shaped fired body is provided with a recessed groove 11 crossing the sheet face.
