PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfusion tool kit capable of mounting a vial storing a medicine and a syringe storing a lysate onto a double-ended needle member without making a mistake in needling order, injecting the prepared liquid medicine to the syringe without liquid leak, and correctly discriminating the syringe with the liquid medicine injected therein, and to provide an adapter member.SOLUTION: When the vial 4 storing the medicine is connected to the syringe 3 storing the lysate via the adapter member 1 having the double-ended needle member 2, the double-ended needle member is mounted at a temporary stop position where the seal member 6 of the vial is not needled. A second needle member 22 is needled through a cap member 5 linked with the pressurizing operation of the syringe with the cap member 5 mounted thereon. At first, the syringe is connected to the double-ended needle member and, subsequently, a first needle member 21 needles the seal member 6. The vial is connected to the double-ended needle member. Then, the double-ended needle member is fixed to the inner part of the adapter member, so as to connect the syringe to the vial.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】 刺通順序を誤ることなく、両頭針部材に薬剤を収納したバイアルと溶解液を収納した注射器とを装着可能とし、調製された液状薬剤を液漏れすることなく注射器に注入可能とし、液状薬剤を注入した注射器と正しく判別可能とする移注具キットおよびアダプタ部材を提供することである。【解決手段】 両頭針部材2を備えるアダプタ部材1を介して、薬剤が収納されたバイアル4と溶解液を収納した注射器3とを接続する際に、両頭針部材を、バイアルのシール部材6を刺通しない仮止め停止位置に装着し、キャップ部材5を装着した注射器を押し込む操作に連動して、第二針部材22がキャップ部材5を刺通し、先ず注射器と両頭針部材とを接続し、その後で第一針部材21がシール部材6を刺通し、バイアルと両頭針部材とを接続し、アダプタ部材内に両頭針部材を固着して注射器とバイアルとを連結する構成とした。【選択図】 図1
