PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid medicine container capable of easily transferring liquid medicine to the interior of a syringe with no contact with the liquid medicine.SOLUTION: A needle tip 5a of a liquid medicine transfer tube 5 held by a transfer tube holding member 4 protrudes to the interior of a recess 3c of a plug member 3 with the needle tip covered by a thin-wall portion 3d of the plug member 3. When a tip end of the syringe is pushed in from the outside of the plug member 3 towards the needle tip 5a of the liquid medicine transfer tube 5, the needle tip 5a penetrates through the thin-wall portion 3d of the plug member 3 and is inserted into the tip end of the syringe, so that liquid medicine M stored in a vial 2 with the needle tip inserted into the tip end of the syringe, is transferred to the interior of the syringe via the liquid medicine transfer tube 5.
