The present invention relates to a vent cap of a syringe which is used while being coupled to the disposable syringe used in the medical field. The vent cap is coupled to the syringe to link the inside of a vial to the outside air without generating a negative pressure inside the vial when the injection fluid in the vial is injected or the injection fluid is sucked into the vial, thereby ensuring the smooth injection and suction of the injection fluid.
