Salt seasoning composition according to the present invention contains about 60% of sodium, and has the effect of expressing taste, flavor, and texture of food, while also being widely chosen in depending on the types and preference of food. The seasoning composition, based on solar salt, comprises red pepper paste and soybean paste which are traditional Korean fermented sauces, shrimp, kelp, and anchovies which are seafood, black pepper, wasabi, garlic, Chinese pepper, green chili pepper which are spices, and Japanese apricot, lemon and Chinese magnolia vine which are fruits, based on solar salt. The seasoning composition comprises: 60 wt% of solar salt 10 wt% of water 28 wt% or more of at least one from the group of the fermented sauce, the seafood, the spices, and the fruits 0.5 wt% of citric acid 0.5 wt% of glucose 0.8 wt% of flavoring base and 0.2 wt% of anticaking agent by pulverizing, dispersing, and freeze-drying the ingredients.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 소금을 기반으로 한 조미료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 우리나라 발효 장류인 고추장, 된장, 해산물인 새우, 다시마, 멸치, 향신료인 후추, 와사비, 마늘, 산초, 청량고추, 과실인 매실, 레몬, 오미자를 천일염을 기반으로 첨가하여 조성한 조미료로서 천일염 60중량%, 물 10중량%, 발효장류, 해산물, 향신료, 과실수 그룹에서 적어도 일 이상 함유하는 28중량%, 구연산 0.5중량%, 포도당 0.5중량%, 맛 베이스 0.8중량%, 고결방지제 0.2중량% 분쇄하여 분산 후 동결 건조하여 완성한 천일염을 기반으로 한 조미료를 그 특징으로 한다.
