Acidic aqueous compositions have the pH of 1-4, for eliminating the spore of spore forming bacteria, the chlorine dioxide of dissolution including 100-2000 ppm, there is wetting effect with surfactant system, with spore solubilising effect, wherein surfactant system includes the stable oxidation of at least two hydrocarbon ionic surface active agents in acid pH, and the difference hydrocarbon chain length of at least two surfactants is at least four carbon atom. Preferably, the amount of two or more surfactants is 0.01-2% (volume ratio) and can be cation or anionic surfactant. The method of spore is also eliminated by giving the composition of sufficient amount to surface. It is preferred that spore forming bacteria belongs to Clostridium especially clostridium difficile.
