PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition of vinflunine in the form of a stable sterile aqueous solution of a water-soluble salt.SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition has a vinflunine base concentration within a range of 1-50 mg/ml, and contains no antiseptic agent, in the form of the stable sterile aqueous solution of a water-soluble vinflunine ditartrate with a pH range between pH 3 and pH 4.
