PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat a preform to a blow molding temperature easily and quickly and to sterilize the preform.SOLUTION: A preform 1 is sterilized by spraying super heated steam at 200°C-500°C made from water, at least inside the preform. Then, hot air H at 80°C-120°C is blown inside the preform to heat inside the preform. Thereafter, the preform is introduced to a heating furnace to heat the preform from the outside, and the temperature of the preform is risen to a blow molding temperature to sterilize the preform.
