A system comprising: a suture assembly including an anchor, and a least one suture having an end engaged to the anchor, having barbed zones, and a barb free zone distant from the anchor, wherein the barbs are inclined toward the anchor and/or away from the barb free zone, a sharpened shaft configured to bore a channel through the facial tissue of a patient, a cannula configured to surround the sharpened shaft during boring, and a pushing rod configured to transport the suture assembly into the cannula after the shaft has been withdrawn.Linvention concerne un système comprenant : un ensemble de suture comportant une ancre et au moins un fil de suture ayant une extrémité solidarisée avec lancre, présentant des zones à barbillons et une zone exempte de barbillons distante de lancre, les barbillons étant inclinés vers lancre et/ou en séloignant de la zone exempte de barbillons, une tige pointue configurée pour percer un canal au travers du tissu du visage dun patient, une canule configurée pour entourer la tige pointue durant le percement et une tige de poussée configurée pour transporter lensemble de suture dans la canule après le retrait de la tige.
