CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented feed for black goat using forest by-products comprises the following steps: cutting leaves and stems from trees using a twig crusher into 1cm； mixing the cut leaves and stems； adding a complex enzyme agent for animal feed into the mixed forest by-products； and inserting the mixture in a silo, and fermenting for 2 months. The trees are selected from paper mulberry trees, oak trees, Lespedeza bicolor, Mulberry trees, pine trees, and other types of trees.본 발명은 임산부산물을 이용한 흑염소 발효 사료 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 닥나무잎과, 떡갈나무잎, 싸리나무잎,뽕나무잎,소나무잎,아카시아꽃과 아카시아나무,대나무잎,오리나무잎,갈참나무잎과 상수리나무잎, 개암나무잎과 열매, 으름덩굴잎, 양다래 부산물, 머루나무 잎과 줄기를 같은 세절해 같은 중량비율로 혼합해 복합효소제재를 첨가해 일정 숙성발효시킨 흑염소 발효사료 제조방법으로 임산부산물발효사료를 일반 배합사료 급여량의 50%까지 출하전 3개월간 급여한 결과 증체효과가 뚜렷하고 도축한 육의 등심부위에 대한 다즙성과 연도, 향기에 대한 관능검사결과도 일반사료를 급이한 대조구에 비해 높게 나타난 유용한 발명인 것이다.
