A training apparatus for human feet is specified which permits the selective training of lower leg and foot muscles. The apparatus includes a closed inner shell in which the front foot can be placed and which is enclosed by an outer shell at a distance from it, spring means being provided in the space between the inner shell and the outer shell for suspension of the inner shell, and a holding rod being fastened to the outer shell approximately perpendicularly to the direction of introduction of the front foot, which holding rod has a transverse rod which has handles at its free end.
