PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic which gives a soft touch, when coated, can uniformly be spread, does not make the unevenness of skins and lips prominent, forms cosmetic films controlling oil gloss and having naturally beautiful appearances, prevents dryness, and is excellent in emollient effect.SOLUTION: This oily cosmetic is characterized by comprising (A) a fructooligosaccharide fatty acid ester having a saccharide-average polymerization degree of 10 to 60 and a fatty acid esterification degree per monosaccharide unit of &ge2.2, (B) a long chain alkyl group-containing partially cross-linked organopolysiloxane, and (C) a liquid oil except silicone oils. Further, a solid oil may be contained.
