The present invention relates to novel antibodies and antigen-binding fragments which specifically bind to KAAG1, wherein said antibodies and antigen-binding fragments can be used for the treatment, detection and diagnosis of cancer comprising KAAG1-expressing cells. . Also disclosed is a method of detecting and treating cancer using the antibody and fragments as well as cells expressing the antibody and the antigen-binding fragment.
