The present invention relates to a method for cultivating shiitake mushroom by combining a sawdust vinyl sheet with a cylindrical container improved from an existing shiitake mushroom cultivation method. To solve a problem that exists when using a vinyl sheet, the cylindrical container and the sawdust vinyl are used together, and the vinyl sheet is fixed to a certain location to make automation possible. An existing cultivation method using a sawdust vinyl sheet is inconvenient in that a stopper has to be manually closed due to characteristics of the vinyl sheet, and stacking has to be performed by using a fixation frame during a stacking procedure. Also, according to an existing cultivation method using cylindrical containers, swelling, a unique process in shiitake mushroom culture and cultivation, is not formed and heat generation and respiration were not smoothly performed because sawdust was inserted directly into a cylindrical container. According to the present invention, the vinyl sheet filled with sawdust is inserted into the invented cylindrical container. The vinyl sheet is fixated by an inner fixation frame of the cylindrical container and makes stacking on an upper end portion possible, and swelling is formed in the cylindrical container. The existing vinyl sheet cultivation method and existing cylindrical container cultivation method were used as a single method and thus cannot solve bursting problems caused by pressure during stacking on an upper end portion and swelling formation of a cylindrical container.
