The present invention related to a sort of capability for dynamic balance training and evaluation system when standing with the lower limbs. The aforementioned system uses a plurality of strain gauges of board-shaped dynamometer to detect the footplate pressure of its right and left sides and the signal of center-of-gravity position of a human body between both feet when the person examined exercises above said dynamometer. Transforming the signal of center-of-gravity position into center-of-gravity coordinates to form a fictitious joystick, and then controlling a rehabilitation training game to interact with the person examined through said fictitious joystick wherein acquiring the parameter of balance behavior between right and left footplates pressure after incurring anticipative interference when the person examined interacts with rehabilitation training game.
