FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to such areas as neurology, orthopaedics, traumatology, ergonomics, biomechanics, sports, physiology and psychophysiology. Disclosed is a method for complex assessment of upper limb function involving a patient's examination using a power platform. Examination is carried out using a power platform and an electromyograph with simultaneous recording of electromyographic and power parameters of the control arm in forearm and hand. Upper limb function is examined in turn for each of the hands or for only one arm. Test person is placed sitting or standing before horizontal surface with installed on it power platform with stationary fixed on platform fixed handle, through which hand forces are transmitted to power platform for their registration at such position of analysed extremity, in which test elbow is located on horizontal surface in front of power platform. Hand of the person being tested is placed in a position at which force is transmitted through the brush to the handle. Force associated with isometric or low-amplitude activity of the hand or forearm muscles is transferred to the handle. It involves simultaneous registration of electromyographic parameters of the control arm in forearm and hand, second, power parameters, third, degree of executing instructions in biological feedback mode. In the task determining the directed application of hand power of the person being tested to the handle with low-amplitude or isometric movements of the hand, determining the calculated parameters describing the trajectory of the force application point, determining electromyographic parameters of flexor and forearm and hand extensors muscles in the form of values of maximum, average, total amplitudes and average frequency of the signal from the turbo-amplitude analysis of the interference electromyogram.
