PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse wave measuring apparatus capable of accurately measuring a pulse wave.SOLUTION: A pulse wave measuring apparatus 1 includes a chair-type apparatus body 10, an upper limb measuring part 40, a lower limb measuring part 50, a control part 70, and a detecting part 80. The detecting part 80 includes an upper limb moving amount detecting part 81, a lower limb moving amount detecting part 82, an upper limb tilt angle detecting part 83, and a lower limb tilt angle detecting part 84. The control part 70 calculates a height position of the lower limb measuring part 50 from the value of detection by the detecting part.
