Provided is an instrument hose supporting device in which an instrument hose can be pulled smoothly in various directions. An instrument hose supporting device (100) has: a rod part (20) that supports an instrument hose (6) at a position higher than that of an instrument (5) accommodated in a holder part (9); a pulley supporting part (30) supported at a leading end (21) of the rod part (20); and a pulley (27) that is supported by the pulley supporting part (30) and to which the instrument hose (6) is hooked. The leading end (21) has a groove part (23) in which a taper (24) is formed. In a first member (31) of the pulley supporting part (30), an axial projection (37) is formed, and a gap is formed between the axial projection (37) and the groove part (23). This gap serves as a movable range of the pulley supporting part (30). The pulley supporting part (30) follows the movement of the instrument hose (6), and freely oscillates back and forth and sideways and freely rotates with respect to the rod part (20), with a movable axis (X) serving as an axis.
