Disclosed is a transmission for an agricultural vehicle. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the transmission for an agricultural vehicle includes: a main speed change unit for first speed change and an auxiliary speed change unit performing second speed change. The main speed change unit includes: first and second fork rods parallel to each other and linearly moving in an axial direction first and second speed change forks axially connected to the first and second fork rods, respectively, at different positions and first and second speed change shifters on a main speed change axis connected to the first and second fork rods, respectively, by the first and second speed change forks to be engaged with each other. Grooves are formed on a part of the circumference of the first and second fork rods to face each other in a neutral state. An input end of a speed change arm is located between the grooves. So, distance between the fork rods becomes narrow, and the transmission is formed to be compact.
