There is provided an instrument hose support device that allows an instrument hose to be pulled in a variety of directions in a smooth manner. An instrument hose support device (100) includes a rod (20) that supports an instrument hose (6) at a position higher than an instrument (5) that is held by a holder (9), a pulley support portion (30) that is supported by a distal end (21) of the rod (20), a pulley (27) that is supported by the pulley support portion (30) and over which the instrument hose (6) is looped. The distal end (21) has a groove (23) in which a taper (24) is formed. A first member (31) of the pulley support portion (30) has a shaft protrusion (37), and a gap is formed between the shaft protrusion (37) and the groove (23). The gap serves as the range of motion of the pulley support portion (30), and the pulley support portion (30) follows the movement of the instrument hose (6) and, relative to the rod (20), swings freely toward the front and the back and toward the sides and rotates freely with a movable axis (X) as an axis.
