Surface modification method and structure for improving hemo-compatibility of biomedical metallic substrate capable of ensuring that the biomedical metallic substrate is non-toxic to the endothelial cells
The present invention relates to a surface modification method for improving hemo-compatibility of biomedical metallic substrate, which comprises: fixing a sulfur-containing monomolecular film on the surface of an oxide layer of a biomedical metallic substrate by means of molecular self-assembly. The surface modification substantially improves the hydrophilicity and hemo-compatibility of the biomedical metallic substrate that comes into touch with the blood, and ensures that the biomedical metallic substrate is non-toxic to the endothelial cells.
