The present invention relates to an iron oxide nanostructure particle and a preparation method thereof. The iron oxide nanostructure particle is used in biomedicine, consists of an iron oxide core and ligands, and has magnetic characteristics and surface effect properties. By the magnetic characteristics, the iron oxide nanostructure particle can be guided by external magnetic field and further can be used as a component related to the application of magnetic respondent biomedicine. In addition, by the surface effect properties, the near-infrared absorption of the iron oxide nanostructure particle can be enhanced and the iron oxide nanostructure particle can further be used as a photothermal therapeutic agent for tumor.本發明係關於一種氧化鐵奈米結構顆粒及其製造方法,該氧化鐵奈米結構顆粒係用於生物醫學。該氧化鐵奈米結構顆粒係由氧化鐵核心及配位子所構成,並同時具有磁特性及表面效應性質,而藉由該磁特性使得該氧化鐵奈米結構顆粒可受外部磁場導引,進而可將該氧化鐵奈米結構顆粒應用為有關磁響應的生物醫學應用之成分,同時,藉由該表面效應性質可增強該氧化鐵奈米結構顆粒之近紅外光吸收性,進而可將該氧化鐵奈米結構顆粒作為光熱腫瘤治療劑。
