The cutter bar (1) has cutters (7,8) implementing a cutting process during operation of a lawn mower and provided at ends (3,4) of the cutter bar, where the cutters and cutter bar are made of spring steel, which possesses increased hardness. Fan blades (12,14) upwardly project from a plane of the cutter bar during operation of the lawn mower. A center borehole (10) is provided such that the cutter bar is rotated around a vertical axis using the borehole. A supporting mechanism i.e. cover plate, is bolted with the cutter bar. An independent claim is included also for a lawn mower.
