PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acidic oil-in-water emulsified food stably containing a large amount of minute bubbles, and suppressed in acid taste derived from vinegar.SOLUTION: This bubble-containing acidic oil-in-water emulsified food has a viscosity of &ge30 Pa s after deairing, and contains 15-150 bubbles of a diameter of &le50 &mum per (80×10-12)m3 when at least 7 days pass after producing.
