PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acidic oil-in-water type emulsified food containing a large amount of minute bubbles stably and inhibiting a sour taste derived from vinegar.SOLUTION: A bubble-containing acidic oil-in-water type emulsified food has 30 Pa s or more of a viscosity after deairing and contains 15-150 bubbles with a diameter of 50 μm or less per 80×10-12m3 when at least 7 days pass after producing.
