PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pasty lip cosmetic which is excellent in makeup-lasting property, has a prevention effect of a secondary adhesion (color staining) by physical rubbing etc., and has improved spreading properties or smooth feeling of use and an improved finish with a gloss when applying.SOLUTION: The invention provides a pasty lip cosmetic containing (a) 20-50 mass% of trimethylsiloxy silicic acid, (b) 10-40 mass% of hydrocarbon oil, (c) 4-15 mass% of dextrin fatty acid ester, and (d) 1-6 mass% of microcrystalline wax, wherein the compounding ratio (d)/(c) of the component (d) to the component (c) is 1/4-2/4.
