This cosmetic is provided by blending (a) dextrin (palmitic acid/2-ethylhexaonic acid) ester, 0.1 to 35 mass% (b) sucrose fatty acid ester, 1 to 13 mass% (c) non-ionic surfactant, 0.1 to 10 mass% and (d) tri(trimethylsiloxy)silylpropylcarbamic acid pullulan. 0.1 to 13 mass%.
