PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balloon catheter capable of performing both predilation and discharge of medicine with one-time insertion of the catheter, and preventing medicine from dropping during delivery.SOLUTION: There is provided a balloon catheter 1 having a balloon 11 at the tip of a long-sized shaft 10. A thin film-like cover body 13 is provided on the surface of the balloon 11, and the cover body 13 is connected to a long-sized body extending to a base end side.
