PURPOSE: A method for producing female seed by induction of male flower on female hemp and hemp female seed are provided, thereby improving fertilization rate and increasing the amount of seeds about 40%. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing female seed by induction of male flower on female hemp comprises the steps of: spraying silver nitrate solution(AgNO3) to female hemp when the female hemp is in a vegetative growth period; treating the female hemp under short-day condition to induce male flower on the female hemp; and pollinating pollen of the induced male flower to the female hemp, wherein the pollination is carried out by using artificial wind in a short-day and long-day treatment facilities.
