The invention relates to a cutting structure of wrapping stuffing machine for material-feeding, including a tank body and a transmission device. The tank body includes a tank base and a plurality of funnel-shaped material-feeding tanks, in which the tank base includes a top portion provided with a plurality of slantedly-arranged material-feeding pipes, and the material-feeding tanks that are correspondingly arranged above the material-feeding pipes are communicated with each other. The transmission device includes a first cutting material-feeding module, a second cutting material-feeding module, and a motor set disposed on the material-feeding tank of the tank body. The first cutting material-feeding module includes a hollow axial tube that has one end coupled to the motor set and a first blade that is coupled to the axial tube. The second cutting material-feeding module includes a spindle having an upper section and a lower section, an adapter configured between the upper section and the lower section of the spindle, and a plurality of second blades coupled to the spindle, in which the spindle includes one end that is sleevingly coupled in and linked with the axial tube of the first cutting material-feeding module. The first and second cutting material-feeding modules of the transmission are accommodated in the tank body.
