The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a tocopherol emulsion using saponin. In the present invention, it has been confirmed that the emulsifying power of the tocopherol emulsion and the stability of tocopherol nanosomes can be remarkably improved by mixing tocopherol with saponin, which is a natural substance, in a water-soluble solvent and homogenizing the same at a high pressure.
