The present disclosure provides a method for supporting photography in a device having a camera, the method comprising the operations of: recognizing the face of a subject within a photographing area of a camera when the camera is driven; determining a signal instructing to change the photographing area, on the basis of information on the recognized face; and outputting the signal instructing to change the photographing area, on the basis of the determination.
