PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation device etc. which can introduce only an amount of outdoor air, which is needed to achieve sufficient cleanliness of indoor air, into an indoor space after particulate substances are removed therefrom with a discharge type dust collector and can inhibit unnecessary electric discharge in the dust collector.SOLUTION: A ventilation device according to the invention includes: an inlet port 12 for taking outdoor air into the device; an outlet port 13 for blowing the air introduced from the inlet port 12 into an indoor space; a dust collector 100 disposed in an air channel leading from the inlet port 12 to the outlet port 13; an indoor dirt sensor 22 which detects an amount of dirt in indoor air. The dust collector 100 has: an electric charge part 110 which charges particulate substances in the passing air; a power supply part 120 which applies voltage to the electric charge part 110; and a collection part 130 which collects the particulate substances charged by the electric charge part 110.
