PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charged particle delivery device which does not take the height and can be used on a desktop.SOLUTION: A charged particle delivery device 1 includes a housing 2 in which a suction port 2a and a blowout port 2b are formed, and a blower fan 30 disposed in the housing 2 and forming an air flow that is sucked into the housing 2 from the suction port 2a and blown out from the blowout port 2b to the outside of the housing 2. A region 21a for directing the air flow blown out from the blower fan 30 in the direction of the blowout port 2b while changing the dynamic pressure into static pressure is formed in a blowout duct 21, i.e., an air passage from the blower fan 30 to the blowout port 2b. A charged particle generation element, i.e., an ion generation element 40, is arranged in the region 21a or in the rear thereof. A bend formed in the blowout duct 21 becomes the region 21a.
