PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blowing device which can be relatively readily installed to an entrance of a house or the like.SOLUTION: A blowing device is installed to a door 9 fitted to an entrance of a construction. The blowing device blowing toward the outside of the construction includes: a chassis 1 provided with a suction port 12 and a blow-off port 11 and fitted to the door 9 a ventilation passage 3 communicates the suction port 12 with the blow-off port 11 an electrically-charged particle generation device 4 generating electrically-charged particles in the ventilation passage 3 and blowing means 2 for sending the air sucked in through the suction port 12 to the outside through the blow-off port 11 together with the electrically-charged particles generated in the electrically-charged particle generation device 4.
