The present invention relates to a nutrient synergist rich in meso and trace elements of sulfur and zinc and an application thereof. The nutrient synergist consists of 38%-75% of a meso and trace element component, 0.5%-4% of a dispersant, 0.5%-6% of a wetter, 0.5%-5% of a film former, 0.5%-5% of a film former aid, 0.5%-5% of a filler, 19.5%-40% of water, and 0.5%-2% of a pigment. After the components are evenly mixed, the resultant product is a flowing emulsion. The film former aid is ethanol or dodecyl alcohol ester. The nutrient synergist can rapidly and efficiently form a meso and trace element nutrient layer on the surface of a fertilizer or on the surface of seeds without drying, and has good foliar spraying performance and suspension fertilizer performance.
