PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method for remarkably reducing thermal energy cost (electricity and fossil fuel) necessary for drying/crushing/sterilizing processing and deodorizing an odor gas, in the used paper diaper drying/crushing/sterilizing device, and remarkably reducing costs of entrustment of transportation to the outside of facilities by processing the paper diaper fuel inside the facility.SOLUTION: A hybrid boiler using used paper diaper and waste oil as the fuel, is provided on the side of a tank for drying, crushing and sterilizing the used paper diaper. As the hot air necessary for the drying, crushing, sterilizing and deodorizing processing, hot air and a combustion gas of the hybrid boiler are utilized. Thus energy cost can be remarkably reduced in comparison with the energy cost of a conventional electric heater, or a hot air generating device using fossil fuel and a catalyst deodorizing device.【課題】使用済み紙おむつ乾燥・破砕・滅菌処理装置において乾燥・破砕・滅菌処理及び臭気ガスの脱臭に要する熱エネルギーコスト（電気及び化石燃料）の大幅低減を可能にする技術を提供すること。及び紙おむつ燃料を院内処理することにより、院外への運搬委託コストを大幅低減する処理方法に関する。【解決手段】使用済み紙おむつ乾燥・破砕・滅菌処理槽に紙おむつ燃料及び廃油を燃料とするハイブリッドボイラーを併設する。乾燥・破砕・滅菌・脱臭処理に必要な熱風は、ハイブリッドボイラーの温風及び燃焼ガスを利用する。従来の電気ヒーター、又は化石燃料を使用した熱風発生装置及び触媒脱臭装置のエネルギーコストを大幅削減可能。【選択図】図１
