The sensor array includes: a connection layer, at least two sensor units, a signal acquisition circuit, and a signal line for electrically connecting each of the sensor units and the signal acquisition circuit, wherein each of the sensor units further includes: a first shock-proof substrate, and a sensor element that is in one-to-one correspondence with the first shock-proof substrate and disposed between the first shock-proof substrate and the connection layer； and the at least two sensor units are arranged in an array on the connection layer.
