PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic measuring device that can manage a use environment with a simple structure and to provide an electronic device and a diagnostic apparatus.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic measuring device includes: a sensor part 210 having an ultrasonic element array 100 in which a plurality of ultrasonic elements are arranged in an array form and environmental sensors AS1, AS2 a transmission part 240 for outputting a drive signal to the ultrasonic element array 100 a measuring part 230 to which a received signal from the ultrasonic element array 100 and a detection signal from the environmental sensors AS1, AS2 are input and a switch part 220 connected to the sensor part 210, the transmission part 240 and the measuring part 230.
