A gain correction value generation unit 51 calculates a first gain correction value K1 and a second gain correction value K2 based on first signal strength A and second signal strength B respectively detected by the first bioelectric signal detection electrode 11 and the second bioelectric signal detection electrode 21, and corrects gains of the bioelectric signals detected by the first bioelectric signal detection electrode and the second bioelectric signal detection electrode, respectively, according to the calculation results.
