The present invention relates to a new compound derived from marine actinomycetes Streptomyces, and the new compound according to the present invention has an inhibitory effect of NO production on BV-2 microglia stimulated with LPS, and thus can be utilized for the prevention and treatment of neuroinflammatory diseases.La présente invention concerne un nouveau composé dérivé d'actinomycètes marins Streptomyces. Le nouveau composé selon la présente invention a un effet inhibiteur de la production de NO sur la microglie de BV-2 stimulée par LPS, et peut ainsi être utilisé pour la prévention et le traitement de maladies neuro-inflammatoires.본 발명은 해양 방선균 스트렙토미세스로부터 유래된 새로운 화합물에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 새로운 화합물은 LPS로 자극된 BV-2 미세아교세포에 대해 NO 생성 억제 효과가 있어 신경 염증 질병의 예방 및 치료에 활용될 수 있다.
