The present invention relates to a novel diimidated derivative of berbamine of General Formula I, comprising, but not limited to, a phthalimidated derivative of berbamine, an aromatic heterocyclic dicarboximidated derivative of berbamine, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a method for preparing the compounds, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compounds, and a use of the compounds in preparation of anti-tumor drugs.La présente invention concerne un nouveau dérivé diimide de berbamine répondant à la formule générale (I), notamment mais non exclusivement un dérivé phtalimide de berbamine, un dérivé dicarboximide hétérocyclique aromatique de berbamine ou lun de leurs sels acceptables sur le plan pharmaceutique. Linvention concerne également un procédé de préparation de tels composés, une composition pharmaceutique les contenant et lutilisation de tels composés pour préparer des médicaments antitumoraux.
