PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair capable of reducing a burden of an operation relating to the tilt of a seat surface, on a care giver.SOLUTION: A wheelchair 1 comprises: a seat surface 22 a tilt mechanism 30 which changes the tilt of the seat surface 22 by swinging the seat surface 22 and a grip 40 which is provided at a position not moving with the swinging of the seat surface 22 and is gripped by a person sitting on the seat surface 22.
