The processor is used to obtain a monitor result, transmit, according to the monitor result, an alarm instruction to the alarm unit, and transmit an air inflation instruction to inflating unit upon obtaining the monitor result again after transmitting the alarm instruction. The monitor unit is used to monitor, in real time, a driving state of the driver, and transmit data indicating the driving state of the driver; the alarm unit (12) is used to receive the alarm instruction, and provide the alarm according to the alarm instruction; and the inflating unit is used to receive the air inflation instruction, and fill air according to the air inflation instruction.
